    Antonio Margarito

after watching last nights fight I was truly shocked at what i was seeing. Shane Mosley, take a bow fella..what a performance! I wanted Margarito to win and didn't expect him to lose.
After the events of last night and watching Margarito in past fights to, it's fair to say that he has one of the best chins in boxing, however, he has one of the worst defences in the sport today. Take away his iron chin and he's nothing imo.
I thought last nights result was a good one for boxing overall. Sugar Shane rolling back the years. The question now is what is next for both fighters?
Shane Mosley - Cotto rematch (providing Cotto gets past Jennings), Hatton/Pacquiao winner? or even the 'retired' Floyd Mayweather.
Margarito - Mosley rematch? - if their is a clause in the contract which allows this.

SSM should try to unify wit Clottey. Marg better beat Cotto in the rematch or he's done. I still say the glove thing was worse than gettin his ass whooped by SSM.

clottery would be a bad match up for mosley. Clottery is strong, compact and fast. Not that mosley cant win but i think mosley fairs better vs Williams. I also had mosley beating cotto the first time. How any of those judges scored round 10 for Cotto is a travesty to boxing. If they had scored that round correctly mosley would have won the decision.

marg didn't seem himself last night he was troubled by sugar punches which is strange to see because he has been in the ring with bigger punchers before. but it makes sense that the he has had illgal handwraps before it explains alot.

think about it marg seemed to have a genuine belief in his previous fights that he would get his man that he would get an opportunity, thats what helped him create the dominant will a refusal to back down. vs mosley he didn't seem to have that same intent or energy, at first i thought it might come out of him later in the fight but as the fight wore on he just didn't seem to be the margarito weve been accustomed to seeing.
