& I already knew marg couldnt handle a A class boxer
That Margarito can be KO'd? It wasn't that I didn't think Shane could stop him I just didn't think Margarito would go down in the process

marg seemed to be lacking something in that fight - hunger imo. in the cotto fight even when cotto was racketing up the points and scoring with combos marg applied an insance pressure with intensity.

he didn't do that in this fight he was walking forward but at times he was plodding and too easy to hit.

sometimes fighters like marg who have spent so long in trying to get recongition then reach the summit and that hunger and desire abandons them and they dont look like the same fighter anymore.

this combined with losing the handwraps, sugars talent and strategy and his drive to make up for his drugs scandal meant that marg lost.

i would say the k.o. surprised me the most, until the fight started and the body shot that hurt marg in the first happened, from then the ko was not such a surprise

i actually loaded up on the over thinking that its very unlikely that either of them will stop the other, its a **** to lose money, but made a fair bit better by getting to watch mosley and the way he won

Yeah i thought Marg would have been stronger, also Shane was very accurate and he was using the Jab well.

I don't know about you guys, but after assessing like the first two rounds for any fight I watch, I always get a gut feeling whether a fighters going to do good or not, like tonight for example. After watching the first round I knew Mosley wasn't like the other "out-of-primers" that start to go downhill; he's apart of that elite class (Hopkins) that get better as they age, like a fine wine. Same for the DLH fight, I felt disappointed to know after the second round that Pacs speed was going to be too much.

I was just surprised at how easy Mosley made it look and how dominant he was.

I was suprised by how easily Mosley could hurt Margarito, he slightly buckled his legs in the first round. After that, I could smell the upset..

First round felt like Pavlik/Hopkins all over again.
