Has boxing become more exciting without Floyd?

Take this article which reads:
"Floyd, come back, boxing needs you!...How much better would it be for us, and for boxing, to next year watch the return of Floyd Mayweather because we want to?"

It definately has... but his leaving didn't cause it to ****e up. Its just a coincidence that matchmakers have stepped up their game. What is a shame is that a new golden age of boxing might very well be upon us, and Floyd's prime was during the few years where there was a brief slack in the action.
They say strike while the iron is hot...but Floyd's already thrown down his hammer.Comment
