I'm gonna have to admit. I was a Margarito fan until the story about him being a cheating ****.

I've always been a Mayweather fan though and always knew he'd embarrass Margarito.

I feel bad for some of margarito fans...because some of them were cool as hell.. They would keep it 100% with you for most of the time.

If you look at My thread History I always said Margarito would lose to a fast slick boxer... Rodney Jones,Paul Williams, and Mosely.... NO BULL****...

Margarito is just a very limited fighter...I have said that from day 1.
he has heart, but he will never beat a fast skilled boxer..

Antonio Margarito

Is probably the most hyped Limited fighter I ever seen.

He doesn't have a jab
He doesn't have a Upper Cut
He doesn't have any defense.

He is the ultimate Walk forward fighter. He is good at applying pressure and throwing punches where he can hit.

He is not fast
He is not smart fighter in which he relies on tactics to win a fight.


Margarito is an ALL OUT Brawler... He is bent on getting in the ring and throwing punches in regardless of Defense.

He is truly a The Boxing Definition of a "Pitbull" He is going for kill right away with no re-guard for the others persons abilities.

And Part of me like that about him..

But also That's why he lost to Slick Black Fighters like Rodney Jones,and Larry Dixon. They beat him because they did not stand there and just throw punches. They moved and boxed him. Just Like Paul Williams did.

Margarito has trouble with Movement, and speed.

Margarito is a fighter in which you can not fight his fight and expect to win unless you are stronger and bigger than him and cotto is none.!

If a fighter does decides to do that,

It Means they have abanded all strategy and decided to limited themselves too just throwing Punches....

With Knowing all these things about Margarito, It is obvious that.

Margarito cant win this fight. Cotto can Lose it.

If Cotto Loses this fight. He risk the chances of turning into Fernando Vargas Overnight


Cotto should Dominate Margarito in my opinion, with just using basic Boxing

To tell ya the truth Fuego, I was startin' to lean towards the "Mayweather is duckin'" buzz after Cotto was destroyed and that maybe Floyd, being a small welterweight, might just get worn out the way Cotto did. But, this whole hand wrapping issue, is huge news, I mean, if a guy literally had brick like hands, I don't care if your Marvin Hagler, it will definitely mess someone up, bad.

But now, yeah, w/o his brick hands, what is he gonna do to Floyd. A prime Floyd's timing is way better than 37 year old Mosley's. Floyd's straight punch is 10x's faster than Shane's, and Floyd knows how to tie up too.

So, really, if Marg would've fought Floyd, the only thing he would've had going for him is his illegal hand wraps!!

I've said for years that this guy sucks. And I do mean sucks. He has no defense and was only around for as long as he was because his chin is awesome. He has no boxing ability whatsoever. None. I said any slick boxer not only beats but HUMILIATES him as Mosley did tonight.

Now to find out that he is also a cheater, wow, that's just icing on the cake. The guy is a ****ing terrible fighter, and I do mean TERRIBLE. Without loading his gloves, is there any doubt this guy never accomplishes anything in boxing?

Sorry to rub it in, but I feel so vindicated after what I saw tonight. To think, I said a 2006 Mosley would destroy Margarito! And now a 2009 37 year old Mosley has done it?! Is it possible Margarito sucks even WORSE than I said he did?
