With Sugar winning....Mayweather/Pacquiao lost some steam

It was great seeing lil Pacquio move up 3 weight classes, pummeling the crossdresser. But it's a whole nother thing to dominate the undrestructable Margarito, hurt him and get him out of there at age 37 when most thought you were way past your prime and didn't stand a chance.

Mosley/Mayweather is what's good now. Floyd always wanted to fight shane, in fact he was ready to fight him if he had beaten Cotto but he lost. Maybe Floyd will call him out himself unstead of the other way around.

It could lose steam or be even bigger. I think Floyd will try and go after Pac and Mosley now.

So then why did Mayweather not fight Cotto?

Also to answer your question, no I'd much rather see Mayweather-Pacquiao.

Because he didn't wanna fight Cotto, he wanted to fight Mosley and he picked Shane to win that fight. After the Hatton victory, he was quoted saying that he might fight Mosley after he beats Cotto.

Apparently, he likes accomplished older fighters on his resume of wins.

Shane destroys Floyd. Just as fast but more power and better chin.

True but I have a feeling that Mayweather will come knocking for Mosley. It won't just simply be like Pacquiao and Hatton looking for a fight with him.

If anything Mayweather-Pacquiao gained steam because it kinda destroys all the "obiligation" he had to face Margarito and Cotto. It lets them have to fight each other and it allows Mayweather to fight Pacquiao scott free.
