    Ricardo Mayorga

How great does Mosley's performance against Margarito make Mayorga look? He fought evenly with Mosley for 12 rounds and was on his way to losing a close split decision until the 12th round KO.

You know this thread had to be made...

I still feel Mayorga has something left in the tank, pretty sad, how he's had to go to MMA!

Mayorga at his best was a very awkward fighter for anyone to deal with, Mosley doesn't handle bigger fighters well and never has, combine the two and you have their fight.

      Mayorga was no bum.

Don't even get me started . Mayorga said he was going into that fight more prepared than ever and we were gonna see a much better Mayorga than we seen before, and the only guy that can beat Mayorga is himself (I know Mosley ended up knocking him out) but it was true. Mayorga fought a very, very good fight and he was up on my scorecard going into the 12th round. Mayorga gave Mosley, probably one of the toughest fights in Mosley's career. I think Mosley were over looking Mayorga.

Ricardo Mayorga, a guaranteed fight whenever he steps in the ring. Would've been interesting to see Mayorga -VS- Margarito.

Mayorga wins. Margarito isn't that big a puncher and gets hit easy. Mayorga would probably stop him.

It's a matter of styles not to mention that Mayorga had a significant weight advantage.
