What Marg was using hardens as his hands get sweaty so it makes perfect sense he was finishing guys late as your post confirms.

margarito's last 3 fights ended in stoppage cotto,cintron and golden johnson so maybe he was cheating but even if he was cotto and cintron probably should of still won, well maybe not cintron he seems to fold under pressure but cotto should of been able to out box him

Well Margarito probably doesn't have as much power as Trinidad if they're both not using the illegal hand wraps, So maybe that's why he doesn't just knock out guys cold.. But then again Trinidad had faster hands and a fast left hook. Usually those are the punches that hurt the most the ones you dont see or expect coming. Margarito throws wide looping punches that you can see coming. Just cause he wrapped his hands illegally doesnt mean he will automatically knock his opponent out with one shot but it does give him a HUGE advantage in power when he's continually hitting his opponents with illegally wrapped hands (See the Cotto fight)

And they succeeded in rattling Marg, distracting him a bit.

As everyone said, as the fight goes on the plaster harden. As you sweat it gets harder till its almost a rock. Not sure why anyone wouldn't think hes been cheating. If he used plaster for a 37 year old Shane there is no doubt he would use it against a prime Cotto. Sorry Marg fans but the guy is now looked at as a cheat and will have a very long road ahead of him. This is probably a loss and storm surrounding him that could seal his fate and end his short reign as an elite fighter.

Trinidad punches differently and sweat does make the cast harder so he could have been cheating for all this time, could have, I'm not saying he was but he definitely could have been.
