The final result is more likely to be a KO/TKO of Pacquaio, that is if Top Rank is foolish enough to put Pacquaio in there with Margs. Can't see Margarito vs Williams II happening anytime soon so I think Cotto is currently the biggest threat to Margarito having another perfect year.
