Dude it wasn't close. Watch the fight and count the number of clean punches Oscar landed. Then count how many clean punches Floyd landed.

Yeah maybe 8 of the rounds were close, but Floyd was winning those. The only one-sided rounds were Floyd rounds. Only Oscarsexuals/Mayweather haters scored more than 2 or 3 rounds for Oscar.
        he won 4 rounds.

You score them for the fighter because you think he won those rounds. Against Floyd Oscar managed to make quite a few rounds close. That's much different than actually earning a round and winning it by landing better punches. Oscar maybe won two or three rounds in that fight and only because Floyd was letting Oscar tire himself out. It was pretty one-sided for a smaller dude moving up against a bigger dude.
Depends on what you score and Oscar workrate in some rounds took over Floyd's clean work.Mayweather won some close ones himself.

                I have one question?

                Since 2006 to the Present
Who is the RING magazine Ring Champion of the
                Welter Weight Division?

Meaning Who id The current or last undisputed King of the WelterWeight Division?

                The answer is..................(DRUMROLL)

                Vacant.!!

There is no recognize champion at the Welterweight division.
The Last Universally Recognize champion with the RING BELT.

                Floyd Mayweather...

The Ring's titles are all you need to pay attention to. I'm a firm believer that their champions are the only true champions
