Michael Nunn was pretty tall for a MW. Taller than Pavlik anyway.

Nunn was 6'3 but so was Breland who fought at welterweight (and who you already mentioned).

Hugo Pineda was a very tall light welterweight.

Panama Al Brown might've been "inch for inch" the tallest of all, he was nearly 6 feet tall, held the world title at bantamweight and also fought at flyweight early in his career when weigh-ins were held at the day of the fight.

6'4 Guillermo Jones, now a cruiserweight champion, used to fight at welterweight and light middleweight (competed for the WBA title against Laurent Boudouani).

Maurice 'Thin man' Blocker was a fine WW in the late eighties/early nineties.

                He stood 6 foot 2.
