Yea it start at 10:00pm EST and England is a 5 hours later then there so should be 3am.

If it starts at 3 am I doubt they will, because that is the start of the show time US. I guess they could get 1 though since HBO usually does such a long lead in to the main event.

Oh right, was getting worried there cause i'll be watching it on Setanta!

The channel requires a subscription but after that there are no extra charges.
