True... it's not about height but about the weight and how you wear it but who cares... Floyd is bad motherf*****. Folks are so unreal as soon as somebody tells how it is ppl always start talking about his nuts... what's going on here... These May-haters really seem to have a lot of problems with their sexuality. Insecure grown men as soon as they hear something they don't like they have to drag it down to this level... disgusting...
I agree with you my dude. I read a whole lot of posts on who people feel the best is and which fighters are their favorites and who will win/lose & usually it is a respectful agree or disagree but once people start talking about Mayweather Jr then all of this craziness about being "nuthuggers" and all type of out of the box talk is brought up. The fact of the matter is that if there were somebody that could have beat him when he was coming up then it would have been done. The toughest challenge he had was Castillo & it was a questionable win but PBF gave him a rematch & showed why he was awarded the win so not sure why people think he is scared of guys? Anyways, it is what it is. I'm a Floyd Mayweather Jr fan because he was always at his best in the ring. Don't see too many holes in his fight game like other guys & that's why I consider him the best.

        WOW YOU SUCK.

ATLEAST FLOYD FIGHTS FIGHTERS AS SAME SIZE AS HIM.

not like some of the welterweights out there.

        *cough* margarito/williams *cough*

margarito picks on small guys w/c really sucks.
if he really wants a real challenge, he should give williams and clottey a rematch.

        DUMBASS.

dont talk about challenges. coz u dont know anything about boxing.

dont use the word "CHALLENGE* again. ok?

Floyd has been bigger than the majority of his opponents.

        Fact.

u guys criticize floyd 4 not fighting those welterweights and u give margo/williams credit for fighting small guys? WOW. just like margo/williams wouldve chickened out with any top middleweight/superMW fighters. floyd started at 130 and still managed to win belts in 5 diff weight classes. ok lets see margarito and williams doing floyds thing. let margo/williams fight the champs above their weightclass. let them fight taller guys than them. let them fight heavier guys than them. let them fight a champ whos more natural in weight than them.

          4 ur information.

floyd beat bigger champ than him.
floyd beat taller champ than him.
floyd beat a champ whos more natural in weight than him.
everytime floyd fights. hes teh smaller man.

remember floyd is a blown up super featherweight.

majority of margaritos fight is hes teh bigger man.
NOW TELL ME,WHERE IS THE RISK ON MARGO?
margo has all the advantages in welterweight div.
unlike floyd hes always teh smaller man.

so what are you saying again?

i wanna see margarito/williams fighting taller/bigger/heavier guys than them.

lets see if they can do what floyd did in his career.
Margarito started at 135, one division above Floyd,

so what are you saying again?

How old was he when he fought at that wieght, because by the time he was 18 he was at 147~. If you want to count when he was a boy go ahead, but as a man he is a welter.

              15, fighting men.

Could Floyd beat men at 15?

I'm not so sure about that.

Thats why he was an amatuer and Tony was already a pro.

I am sure Floyd fought some older people in the ametures when he was younger. Pro fighting is different sure, but Floyd was an ameture at the time so really he was doing what he could. Also in the USA I believe you need to be 18 to fight in the pros so I really do not see how you could hold this against him. They took vastly different career paths, so it is hard to compare them at that age.

You are right he was 15 when he started, he was a couple months shy of 16. Still does not change my point at all he was a boy at the time

And still doesn't change the fact that he was fighting men in the pro ranks while Floyd at the same age was getting coddled against other kids.

Nor does it change the fact that he started at 135, a division above Floyd, rose up to welter and has stayed in tremendous shape the entire time.

Floyds a boxing buff remember, he knows the beast that Margarito is.

Both are pros now, we could easily compare them in the ring now,

but we know Floyd doesn't want any of that.

I am not getting in to an argument with you over this again. It is cool that Margarito was fighting in the pros at 15 good for him. I am sorry that Floyd was not allowed by law to fight in the pros in the United States. **** Floyd was only 19 when he started you act like he was fighting into the ametures into his mid twenties.

Also I though you respected Floyds early career because to me it does not sound like you respect his ameture career at all.

The point is that Margarito would be a much bigger challenge. Pac is a hall of famer due to his record at lower weights. He hasn't even really proved himself at Lightweight yet, never mind Welterweight. Pac's own trainer doesn't think Pac could beat the top Welterweights, and that his maximum peak weight is Jnr. Welterweight. Mayweather-Pac would sell more than Mayweather-Margarito, which is why it might well happen; but in terms of which would be the bigger challenge for Mayweather, Margarito would.
