Why is Hatton want an equal footing with pacquiao, Hatton only had one PPV fight and he lost via KO, so i don't see how the argument "hes just as marketable" comes into play. They say its because UK people will travel to vegas while third world people wont so hes the bigger star. I remember pacmans fight with David Diaz alot of members from the boston celtics came to watch pacquiao and even took pictures with him, and when the beijing olympics started Kobe bryant and the dream team took pics with him.

Hatton's fights have been PPV since 2005, in the UK at least. He's also been on undercards that have been PPV only too in the UK as well.

He's a marketing dream for the UK promoters.
