First if its Local or in Vegas I always try to attend live. If I can't attend I usually have 20 to 30 family and friends over some pizza, chips, soda ,heartburn and a couple shots of patron if its called for.
What do you do for a BIG fight?

I can't stand watching boxing with non-boxing fans. Spend half the time explaining to some dumbass who Cotto is and who Margarito is and what a Welterweight is and who Larry Merchant is and why Zab Judah sounds like a 4 year old autistic child.Comment

If it's not a social gathering with friends that like boxing (not too many of them anymore, most of them are into MMA) I usually just BBQ in the afteroon, grill some skirt steaks with my special Worchestier sause marinade, sausages, grilled veggies and of course some nice cold ones to wash out the taste. Go up stairs with my fiance and watch that **** on my Samsung HDTV full blast with a nice cold one in my hand.Comment

Smoke a pork shoulder low and slow in the Cookshack for 20-24hrs, chop it up, make some fresh salsa, get some of those little corn tortillas.
Get a half gallon of Jim Beam Black and a case of Fat Tire.
Invite my brother and a couple of buddies to come and chow down while we watch it on the bigscreen.
That's the itinerary for this Saturday. Lookin' forward to it, but I'm still not sure who I'm rootin' for.
