Mijares returns on 3/14; So does Linares

Cristian Mijares and Jorge Linares will headline the 2009 “KO to Drugs” Festival taking place on March 14th at the Coliseo Centenario in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico. The prestigious event is presented by the WBA and the State of Coahuila in coordination with KO Entertainment and various sponsors. The principal fights of the night will be Mijares against Nehomar Cermeño for the WBC interim bantamweight title and Linares defend his WBA super featherweight world crown against local favorite Josafat Perez.

So Mijares gets the WBC interim bantamweight title, which means he'll be the mandatory for Hozumi Hasegawa if he wins.

Looking at Boxrec, the dude he is fighting is undefeated. He shouldn't be to much trouble, but god I hope he isn't one of those dudes who comes out of nowhere and ****s Mijares up.
