It's probably gonna be his swan song.Going out with a win,he probably saw himself he doesn't have it anymore with Calzaghe altough he showed a big heart.Nothing wrong fighting an easy fight then walk into the sunset.If he does continue though it is a mistake to try to make another big fight.Moderate level of competition can't compete with him even now though.

My reply says it all! He's not trying to prove anything! He just wants to go out and retire on a positive note and in his hometown. That's all. He's not trying to prove a point or get ranked higher or win a belt, etc. This is (what it seems like to me anyways) his retirement fight so he can fight one last time in front of his fans and wave and smile when it's all over. I'm sure he thinks that will be a much better memory of leavning the sport then if he were to retire now and his last fight being blooded up against calzaghe.
