7 Pounds is the world. Infact those are the biggest 7 pounds in boxing.

    Compare Clottey/Margarito/Williams

    to

    Bradley/Hatton/Torres/Holt/Kotelnik

Come on man. Those guys at 147 are far bigger. Cotto needs those 7 pounds so much he is willing to face those guys. His trainer even said they had to focus their camps on making weight: that's not a good thing and they knew it.
PBF NEVER has problems making weight & performs very well in each class he enters. So your trying to convince me that he was scared of a man who is 5'7" and couldn't make 140 comfortably? Come on my dude!
Floyd would humiliate Cotto with his speed & accuracy alone & I don't need to see them fight to predict that. PBF came to the ring against Zab the same weight he did as the weigh in and it was under 147, I think it was 145. He came to fight Oscar at Jr Middle weighing 148 & still beat the bigger, harder hitting Oscar.

I know there is someone out there that can beat him but I'm not convinced that it's any of these guys at the moment. If anything Pacquiao has more of chance to give him problems due to his speed & the fact that he is a South Paw & has a chin, but Cotto? If Zab & Mosley can land flush on Cotto & hurt him PBF would turn him into a pinata.

Margarito is so predictable he would be easier than Pacquiao and Cotto. Floyd is too technical and tactical against big guys like Baldomir/De La Hoya/Margarito to me they have the same game plan pressure, pressure, pressure & you cannot beat PBF like that. You see how Pacquiao used his speed to beat the bigger Oscar successfully? Cotto could have done that with Margarito but never fought like that before so he had limited experience & had no answers to Margarito's constant pressure. Floyd would box circles around Margarito.

But the real deal is that Arturo Gatti had a belt at 140 so he had to beat someone, Gomez had nothing and was a TV contender who caught Gatti on his way out. It amazed me on how people gave Cotto so much props for
beating Gomez but give PBF the biggest B.S. about putting on Masterful boxing clinics on fighters. Cotto fights hard but he is a power puncher
with limited resources against guys he can't pressure or back down and it showed against Mosley and his first crushing defeat Margarito.

        shook one!

I think we will see a pac/floyd fight sometime in 09. probably called, pound for pound. Due to his inactivity i think pac has a really good chance. I liked pbf, i think he was great. only thing that smeered his credit was the welter weight division. he should have had the balls to fave top 5 welters. It wasnt like he couldnt beat them. I think at this point of his career he doesnt have alot of options besides pac!

Terrible matchup! Pacq too small and too wild! PBF will counter for a few rds then systematically break him down by rd 10 for a TKO. The counter left hook will be key if PBF takes the counter role. Pacq has a chin? Lol! I saw a counter left by jmm that had him doin the chicken dance. Who hits harder? jmm or PBF? pacq's only shot is if PBF has lost something while in hiding! PBF TKO rd 10!

EM,Mab and JMM all harder punchers at there repective weights than those 3 you metioned!!!!!!
They might be harder punchers at their repspective weights in your opinion. But which one could have beat Floyd at 130? Exactly none of them!!

The saying is "a closed mouth doesnt get fed".

MAB in his prime would of gave Mayweather hell. ANd we werent talking about those guys beating PBF, we were talking about who had more power of Floyd and Pac opponents and who had a better chin between pacquaio and PBF!!!!!!!!!

How legit is this? I remember the Hatton team was saying similar things, and then Mayweather's camp crushed those "rumors". I just wonder if this is another rumor to get Hatton to sign.
