Am I the only one who thinks Pac-Hatton will push through?

The official news is the fight is off. But i feel that it will still push through . Pac already agreed with the 52-48 deal. i don't know what bob arum is talking about. i think its just to hype the fight

its ****** to say that pac is afraid of ricky. he faced tougher opponents and came up on top

I don't care for a Valero-Pac. Pac would ko the bum in 4 rounds. At least hatton is the man at 140.

did pac price himself out to fight Floyd?

The clairvoyant reasoning of Peso Pac is beyond the comprehension of mere mortal men.

he's gonna miss the biggest payday of his career. and he has an excellent chance of whooping hatton worse than floyd (and the ring post) did.

pac is out of his mind. boxers don't get respect by having the biggest share of the purse. they get it by fighting who the fans wants them to fight

doesn't ricky like to train for 3 months instead of 2?

maybe they're trying to mess with his camp.

I actually would rather not see the Hatton fight. I respect Manny for demanding more money, he is an exciting fighter that just killed DLH, he feels like he is on top of the world. I think that he accomplished what he wanted to do in boxing at this point so its about the respect now, and not only the money. Manny came up the hard way and fought his way to this position. Why can't people understand this? There is more to life than the money, Manny wants the respect now.

I don't think at this point Manny is as exciting as say a Tyson was in the late 80s and early 90s, but if he destoys JMM at 140 and Margarito at 147 or a few pounds short of that, can you not see Manny as a really big star? Worth more than just 55-45 splits? I think in his mind he is already there; so if that mentality is an asset to Pac Man, I say keep it up. As long as he trains hard and stays active, he will get the respect he longs for at this moment.

That was my thoughts exactly earlier today. It would be a smart move.

And to the TS, yeah I think the fight will still happen.

What a load of crap. What the **** has 'coming up the hard way' got to do with anything? If getting 50/50 as challenger against a linear champ and Ring belt holder, who himself can bring just about a much money to the table as any other fighter on the planet, isn't 'respect' I don't know what is. The fight is off because the Pacman was greedy; end of.

                    fight is on may 2nd.

hatton was planning to start training in february (he needs the extra month to just get his weight down)

after pac signs , they still have to do the promotional tours which will cut into ricky's 3 month training camp.

i don't know...... just grasping at straws and trying to find any reason to excuse pac.
