IMO, the last controversy here is no longer between Pacquiao and Hatton but Pacquiao vs. Arum. Pacquiao wants to reduce Arum's percentage in the event the numbers do not live up to the expectations. This is the purpose of the 13M guarantee. I don't know what the deal with between Arum and Pacquiao but I think Pacquiao feels that Arum should be the one to take the hit first if the numbers are not achieved.

Personally, I think Pacquaio's behavior can't be condemned. I may not agree with it (and in fact I don't), but I respect his decision to stand up for himself. Good luck to him.
