I guess so. He's never come close to being kd'd, much less, hit hard. He'll possibly pose a tighter fight than Concepcion, but I think he still loses by wide UD.

And yes, I do think Penalosa is better than Concepcion right now, Concepcion could use a bit more experience although Concepcion is naturally bigger.

Nope, Penalosa is the more skillful and experienced fighter but Concepcion would be a bigger test as Concepcion is a bigger puncher, is a bigger fighter physically, and is younger.

I disagree, Concepcion has a hard time handling punchers, Penalosa's chin is iron, to have a chance against Juanma you need a hard chin.
