    Is Pac Vs Hatton really off the table???

    Come on now people...you cant really believe that...do you all not remember just a few months back Margo wanted the bigger chunk of the pie and refused to sign Vs Shane...then there were reports the fight was off...and every one got all huffy...then next thing you know the fight was back on??? it's called marketing and negotiation...I think we hear back bout this fight...you all wait and see....

          well that's the bigges fight available for both camps right now;
          pacquiao would make 2-3 mil again by fighting any other fighter and it won't sell;
          he is explosive but sorry it just won't sell at least here in america.
          hatton on ther other hand can make big fights and make more than pacquiao,
          because of his suppoters; pacquiao does not have the star power that many people
          thinks, that won't happen and he is gonna have to deal with it himself or I suggest he should retire then......pacquiao was lucky to fight dlh and and make 20mil+
          he won't get that with anybody else, samething happened with mayweather, so what should he do I'd say retire or go back and earn 2mil and 3mil per fight like many others

            Reading through everything, quotes from Arum, Roach, and several members of Hattons team this seems a real step further then Marg Shane. Arum gave Pac the deadline and that he'd have needed to be on a flight like tomorrow. Manny hasn't signed, counter offered, jumped on a flight, hardly said much to anyone directly i.e his own promoter much, or his trainer at all.

            I personally think the fight really is off, but I guess it could possibly be salvaged. This has gotten very un professional though, I don't blame team Hatton for just not being willing to mess around with small % amounts of pot over weeks when they could sign, be promoting and training for another big money fight in the UK by now without all this.

              Nothing in boxing is ever off the table.

              ****, pacquiao/de la hoya was off a couple times. 75-25 split! no 65-35 split! no 70-30 split!!1 blaaaaaah whatever. It's called negotiating. Sometimes it goes smooth, sometimes it takes time and they play hardball. This is the case of the latter. In the end they will both see how economically pleasing it will be to them if the fight happens, so the contracts will be signed. Bet on it!

                    Dude, the same thing doesn't happen every time. Sometimes it's for real you know. Examine the individual facts a little more and you'll see that.

                    If it's messing around then team Hatton is certainly not in on it. Why would they go along with the fight for weeks assuming the verbal 50/50 from Arum was fine, then back down a little in Pac's favour? Why would his own lawyer say enough is enough, the deadline which Arum put onwards to Pac has passed, the schedules in jeapordy and they have to look at other fights, and instruct to sign a deal with PBF, or have others at the ready literally?
