I see it both ways. I understand Hatton walking away, he will make less money elsewhere, but he's already very wealthy. At this point, a measure of pride might mean more than the money.

However, if it were me, someone who will never have a smooth million in the bank, I'd take a 90-10 split in favor of Pacquiao. Screw pride, I'll celebrate my lack of pride with an $800,000 paycheck.

Dude, i don't even know what's going on with the Hatton vs. Paco fight. Is it still on? It's always about money. I wish i had that problem...having too much money.

Floyd Pacquio is now going to happen, not mayweather/hatton 2. No money behind Mayweather/Hatton 2. And Hatton thought their was not money behind Pacquiao/Hatton... Floyd would probably only give hatton 20 percent now for a rematch, if that

That is what I am sayin. I don't want to see Mayweather vs Hatton 2. I am against it but Hatton would be a good tune PLUS Mayweather already has experience against him. Atleast, you see what I mean

Hatton was ****** to walk away imo, but it does show he's a proud cat. And **** a PBF-Hatton rematch. No point.

I am truly disappointed because I wanted to see this fight but I don't blame Hatton it's all on pacman. But for gods sake please no Mayweather/Hatton 2! It just makes you think is Manny afraid.Hatton's the blue ghost.
I don't believe he ever agreed to it. Arum did. Not Pacquiao.

imo hatton wouls have beat pacman, i wouldn't be surprised now if money maywweather comes in and beats the both of them before retiring again.
true hatton is dumb... he wont get floyd to come out of retirement.

I'm sorry but PBF vs. Hatton II in the UK would make more money than PBF vs. Pacman in the USA. Competition wise PBF vs. Pacman would be the better fight but PBF vs. Hatton II in the UK is the bigger money maker.

I really don't get where people are getting this **** from when it comes to Pacman and the money when it comes to the people he could fight.

I am glad that Ricky stepped away. Both fighters are on the same level and should be treated the same. Ricky gained more respect from me.
