bad move for ricky. a rematch with mayweather will not be as exciting with a fight with manny and i believe ricky is just going to get another beating. if ricky wins, THERE WILL BE EXCUSES! but wsup with these ****ers (pacquiao/hatton camp) making for sure plans like maywaether is for sure coming back?! i think it's ******. specially with pacquiaos camp. wtf are they going to do after hatton fight is off?!

Both are great fights for Ricky, now that Pac has chickened out.

It can't hurt to see if Floyd will come back but Hatton fighting the winner of JMM/Diaz is much more likely to happen IMO.

          Jmm

JMM can and will beat Diaz and Hatton. Let us not forget who #2 is on the pound for pound list. JMM has the skill to fight at 140.

            ?

Hatton won't make as much in a re-match with Floyd (I'm writing like he is not retired) becasue it is not the fight fans want to see. Their first fight was not even close. What is Hatton smoking on?

I doubt that, other than us hardcore boxing fans, no one cares, gives a *** or knows who Valero is and thats the bottom line.
Sure it would be a great fight for us and i'd damn sure order it....but think of the casual boxing fan and just a regular joe, i'm sure they know who Mayweather is and most likely know who Ricky is......Valero, not so much!

Pac screwed himself in terms of this demand for a higher percentage of a purse. Now he's back to 2-3mill paydays like Arum said. I guess its good in a way that he's probably going to have to fight cats in his weight division now............

shame on u if rather see him fight a lw than fight the winner of a unification fight in his own division.

                  Hatton lost. again

Hatton should of accepted the 55/45 split, if (BIG if) he would of beat Pacman it puts him in a much better position to negotiate/lure Mayweather into a rematch.

Doing it this way round means he'll get ****d in negotiations and then ****d in the ring...

I believe Mayweather would choose to fight Pacman over Hatton, and Pacman can't try and dominate the negotiations neither in a possible Mayweather matchup...

looks like ricky is scared to fight a couple of big guns @140 so he wants to fight smaller fighters. hattons a *****. D hopkins kendall holt ricardo torres and t bradley will beat hattons ass thats why he is ducking them.

I applaud Ricky for being a man and standing his ground. Theres nothing more I would of hated to see than Rick giving in to Money Pacs demand. A mans pride is his number one thing. With that said I do not want to see a rematch. Ricky was dominated and then later knocked out in the fight. Find someone else to fight.
