Naw man, he was hitting arms and elbows. I was at the fight and it seemed like it until you payed attention to what was going on in the fight on PPV. Roy got a fat eye but it was because he had got cut playing basketball that week. He was landing the only clean shots, no doubt. That and he dropped Hanshaw.

Roy's entrance was epic that night with the whole gladiator suit.

Yes it was man, I'll never forget it. I talked to Hanshaw and shook his hand after the fight too. I told him he had gave it a good effort and he said, "thanks allot, baby", as a slang thing. He's a good guy but he did get beat easily when Roy wanted to let his hands go.

I hate to say I was also @ the Johnson fight in 2004. That smooth broke my heart. I didn't think Roy was done at that point. I thought Tarver I was because he had to loose so much weight , etc... and I thought Tarver II was becaue he just got clipped since he looked fast/solid in the first round. But in the Johnson fight, I realized that he fought just like he did in the Tarver I fight and Glenn wound up catching him. Roy never fought like that pre-heavyweight. The move up and back down ended the unbeatable version of Rjj. Man, I miss him being like that so much. I took it for granted for so long.
