If you know the guys story at all.. you would know this has been a fact for a long time.. The guy got KD'd over 30 times in the AMs.. With the Big Gloves and head gear.. and he regularly gets dropped in sparring..

He can't be fighting anyone with half an ounce of power or he is done.... Berto is fast enough and powerful enough to end Khan's night early
I agree, he may look great for now but once he takes on p4p material fighters who can take a punch, he will get creamed again. He will never unify a division or dominate , he may win a few fights but down the line he will get caught again and it will be deja vu for khan.

was never up or down on khan but know, just for the reason of the over top hate for the guy on this forum, i want him to become a legitimate world champion and beat some of the best out there.

We all know he got knocked out badly due to bad defence, not having the strongest punch resistance not learning from past knockdowns. The guy was over confident, too ****y, believing the hype mainly from his family.

I think he has now clued up to the fact he is not superman. **** at 18-21 we were all a bit ****y. Lets just see if amir the boy can become amir the man. He has taken the right steps, moved gym, sparring with the best, actually listening to his coach, got his comeback fight done.

Now he has risky fight with barrerra, past prime , smaller than him, he should win if he uses his head. If he can't beat barrera he should either quit or be content to box at the lower levels. If he wins then he could either fight for the european first, thaxton or lower top world 15 - 20 guy to see where he is or rematch with prescott. I don't believe he should fight murray, just don't rate him, can't handle any sort of movement.

I do believe if and a big if and depending on how successful he is, will move up to lightwelter and then welter but I can't see that happening for another 3-4 years at welter anyway.

Mentioning berto and khan in the same thread though come on
