Bernabe Concepcion just turned 21 too and probably has the best record out of fighters 21 and below, is the NABF and WBC youth superbantam champ and has recently added the WBC international featherweight strap to his resume. He'll be facing Luevano for his first world title shot in April if everything goes well. Ortiz i guess is around the same age...these guys are legit prospects, and probably the best young prospects right now.

Ortiz isn't ranked by Ring is he? Considering he's promoted by GBP, and Jr. Welter isn't even a deep division. He's currently ranked 10th by the IBF and that's it. Concepcion ranked as high as 9th by the Ring in a packed superbantam division, and is now ranked 4th at featherweight by the WBC. Between you, the sanctioning bodies and Ring's opinion, I'd side with the later.

So I imagine Concepcion is going to stick with featherweight?
I know super bantam is stacked and he'd get fights there, good ones too.
Was he having trouble with weight or is this just is possible opportunity (with Luevano?)

From what I heard, Luevano's team hasn't approved this fight yet. It's not signed from what i understand.
