    Boxing and Filipinos

Filipinos love a good fight. It's in our blood. I'm glad to see more pinoys participating in combat sport.

They're all over the martial arts scene, a little in the MMA scene, and growing more popular on the boxing scene. Hopefully, we'll get one of the those big Filipino American born fcukers to take over the Heavyweight class. But first things first.

I rarely hear people question the heart of Filipinos when it comes to fighting. Technically, Latinos and Filipinos are similarly linear when it comes to the fight game. Latinos have that "all out" attitude and Filipinos have that "Putang y na Mo" attitude. LOL (did i spell that right?)

If someone were to describe fighting Filipinos, i think they'd describe them along side the tough Latinos out there. Pinoys and Latinos both suffer from the "Machismo" syndrome. They both have to be tough at all times. Knuckleheads.

When i was a kid, i remember all the knucklehead Filipinos muggin everyone at those family garage parties tryin to get in a fight. (ya'll remember that?) Like they always gotta be hard. I fall under that category myself.

Filipinos and boxing are becoming more common in the boxing scene. Penscola, Donaire, Pacquiao, Bautista. They're starting to become noticed not only in the Filipino community, but in the boxing community as well. I hope we'll be able to carve out a piece of this boxing thing the way the Latinos did.

Yeah, i know. I was hesitant about puttin him on. But he's only lost a couple of times. Maybe 3, but he does have a winning record. Not a very exciting fight, but he's winning.

Aiite, with the exception of Baustista and maybe little Pacquiao (Bobby), Filipinos are comin up on the boxing scene.

            Thank you for that compliment.

I think the only people to dislike Filipinos are other Filipinos. Don't ask me why, but we have a hard time getting along with one another. Either we don't get along, or we're too "cliquey".

I'm trying to change all that.

MMMM.....lechon. As fighters we can't be eating that stuff. LOL.

I'm hella ******. When i went to the P.I. back in '93, there was a pig in the pig pen in the dirty kitchen (a dirty kitchen is a second kitchen where they do the fried cooking and slaughtering of animals). My dumb ass thought that the pig was like a pet or something. Next thing i know the fcukin thing is on the table for lunch. MMM...it was good.

That ***** about eating dogs, that's a myth. Don't believe the hype. I have heard some stories though.

Men I know. I gain 12 pounds on a day eating lechon. That **** will get you fat in a hurry. But i wont give up Lechon, Ill train harder and run a couple of miles more, just to keep eating it. Men good PR meal is Arroz con Gandules(Rice with green Peas), lechon,Tostones(Friend Plantain), Flan de Queso-Coco(Cheese-Coconut Flan)(-thats obviously a dessert), and Jugo the Parcha(Passion Fuit juice) or Jugo de Acerola(Barbados cherry or wild c****myrtle juice. I could it that for every meal every day!!!!!!!!!
