I'm sure De La Hoya felt the same:

When I first saw that video a long time ago, I thought, okay, videos can be deceiving. Well, I was in LA around the time PAC was training for his 3rd fight against Erika. So I thought I'd pop in WildCard, lucky me, PAC was actually training that day, and let me tell you, that video ain't lying, and what's even crazier, is his footspeed is alot faster live.

              Not really.

What's sad is when Guzman back out of a fight with Campbell DURING FIGHT DAY.

I heard Campbell was bankrupt afterwards - now that's SAD.

I thought that was funny... and the 500 dollar fine had me laughing hard. That is what you call a weak punishment

Thing is, smaller weights are naturally going to be faster.

Imagine having the fastest HW, and the fastest Straw weight in there, the HW would be very unlikely to be quicker.

So it makes multi weight comparisons like this very tricky. Are you saying the technical quickest literally, in which case Pac is an obvious one sure yes. But factoring in the division and weight, and in terms of how much quicker they are compared with most in their weight, a lot of other guys deserve a close running, say Dawson for eg.
