As a huge Barrera fan, I would only give him about a 3 or possibly a 4. Khan has a china chin, and Barrera has more than enough left to dispose of him quickly.

That said, if in a few years, Khan actually turns out to be something, that rating will go up. But for now? 3 or 4.
