He was in the ring 3 times in 2008, I think he had a retina problem that needed surgery which prevented him from fighting and I think he was supposed to fight on the Klitschko-Povetkin undercard, that fight got scrapped so he needs to get back in there as soon as possible.

Yes. He's a Montreal-based fighter, not highly skilled but very tough and aggressive and has a good chin.
