Was Collazo credited with a KD in round 1?

Bob Papa kept saying Berto was down in round 1, but if I remember the ref didnt count the stumble to the ropes as a KD. Was it ruled a KD? If not/so should it have been?

His gloves never came within a foot of the canvas. The round was correctly scored a 10-9 round. He was hit hard and stumbled back but by the time he got to the ropes he had already regained his balance.

Thats what I thought but Papa kept saying Berto had been down. If he had been closer to the ropes I would have said they held him up but he regained control by the time he got to the ropes.
