To the bolded part, who cares? Yeah, a lot of people in the world hate the United States of America and the people who just so happen to live there. But a lot of people in the world have a lot of differing opinions on a lot of things.

As for "like it or not", I don't give a ****. There's more than enough worries for one to have in life than to sit around and think what people think about you, let alone people who do not even know you.
