Well, Pacquiao officially gave Hatton an offer, if Hatton wants the fight that badly, 10% isn't a big thing...the ball is currently in Hatton's court.

60-40 is 20%... Besides which the fight was already signed as far as team Hatton were concerned. This was like the Bitchnard Hopkins move where he signs for the fight then demands more money.

TBH, the way I see this, these are all stuff to generate interest for the fight. The fact that things doesn't seem settled, puts everybody on a sort of wait-and-see attitude. If they don't do this controversy *****, both camps would go into training more and talks about the fight wouldn't be as animated as it is now. Have faith, it will happen.
