Where does each fighter go from there???

Pacquiao can hope that Mayweather comes out of retirement for a mega-fight, but that's not a given. If Juan Manual Marquez beats Juan Diaz, he's a potential opponent for either Pac or Hatton.

Nate Campbell just made himself available to Hatton too.

Who do you guys think Pac and Hatton fight next if not each other???

There are a lot of posibilities. they can fight the winner of JMM vs Diaz, Pacquaio can fight, Campbell or Valero. Hatton can fight Judah or Bradley. Or Both can wait till june and fight Miguel Cotto.(Im sure Cotto will postpone the rematch with Margarito, for either Hatton or Pacquaio.

I hope they do fight tho`. But if they dont any of the above matches are OK for me!!!!!!!!

Good points! These guys have a lot of options. Who do you think brings them the most money besides each other though (minus Mayweather)? I just don't understand what Pac and his people are thinking by not taking the Hatton fight due to money. 50/50 is still huge money for them!

I second that. These guys have a ton of good fights if they don't get it on.

SURE it won't be the same financially for them, but it will be good for us as fans.

I think cotto is the one who can bring them, the more money to both. Cotto is well known in the west Coast, plus he is a big draw in the east Coast, and have a big following compare to the above fighters mentioned. So I think Cotto is the one,IMO!!!!!!!

I can see Cotto getting them a big payday...especially if he fights Hatton at Madison Square Garden. A Pac fight would probably land in Vegas.

Of course Hatton can fight just about anyone back in the UK and make loads of money too!

Even though Marquez isn't a huge draw, I think a third fight with Pac would bring Manny good money because of the interest the fight generates due to the first two encounters. Marquez-Hatton would probably have to happen in the UK for maximum money for both sides I think.

              Hatton and COTTO won't fight.

look closer at who's at 140 for hatton and 135 for pac.

              they skipped some people.

I think Hatton vs Cotto at MSG would be insane. PRs vs Brits, I bet they will be better fights in the crowd than cotto vs hatton themselfs!!!!!!!!!!! I bet they will break the record of more selled beers too!!!!!!!!

That's true, but money changes people's minds real quick. You're telling me Hatton wouldn't go back up to 147 if Mayweather came back to give him a rematch??? I don't think they'd ever fight either, but if the money was there, Hatton could be persuaded to move up I'm sure.
