Kessler would win, but Bika has never given anyone an easy fight.

Bika is Kessler's former sparring partner and he said that Kessler is in a league of his own. I would expect that Bika would know that he's in for a solid ass-whooping.

Kessler is the better boxer and should win but he better bring his A-game or else he's in some serious trouble. Bika is strong and is going to be in Kessler's face all night long. It would be fun to watch, Bika is not an easy fight and he does have the power to KO anyone and he is extremely confident. Anyway my pick would by Kessler wins by UD or late TKO in a pretty tough fight.
