Is Hatton vs Pacquiao settled or not?

Right, I am confused with all of this speculation... one minute I read that Pacquiao demands 60/40, then the next they agree to 50/50, then the next he is demanding 60/40 again! To be honest... I am completely confused and don't know were the fight stands via negotiation... it keeps changing every five minutes.

I know a lot of people just like me are getting sick of hearing and talking about this situation... and think they should just settle for 50/50... or in some peoples cases 60/40, but can somebody just confirm to me were it stands... have they agreed to 50/50, or is Pacquiao still demanding 60/40... sorry if your getting sick of hearing about this.

Sunday: Bob Arum and Hatton's party agree 50/50 split including Uk PPV sales, Arum passes that to Pac-mans "advisers"

Tuesday: Pac-mans "advisers" say: no way 50/50 we want 60/40 not realising that the 50/50 included the UK PPV revenue.

Wednesday:bob Arum, contacts pacman's "Advisers", who backpeddle faster than lance Armstrong does fowrward and yes , yes 50/50 with Uk PPV is cool and the gang.

Thursday: LA Times runs story that figth is back on

Friday(today): Pac-man sends a text to GBP and Bob Arum, saying effectively "i don't care what you agreed with Bob or my adviser's it's 60/40 or i don't fight"

Ray Hatton does radio interview saying, this was all agreed and we are not being mugged off when everyone but the fighter himself has said yes to 50/50 because it's a great deal, so if he stick to that we go elsewhere and pacman can fight whomever he thinks can bring him the money we do.
