Margs ducking Williams?

I hear a lot of people on NSB talking about Williams chasing a rematch with Margarito. I don't get it, shouldn't it be the other way around? Why isn't Margarito calling out Williams and trying to even the score? The way people talk, it's like Margs won the first fight or something and PWill has to prove why he deserves a rematch.
