Even though Pac handed him his ass, ODLH, IMO, will never be looked at the same again for the REE****YALUSS demand on the purse split. 50-50 isn't rediculous given these two fighters, so why not tell Pac to just own up to what he and his camp already verbally agreed to? IMO, respect has nothing to do with it because ANY p4p fighter doesn't get the respect he feels he deserves, especially from a potential opponent. I just don't want to see Pac walk down this road, fight fans can sometimes be unforgivable. Besides, you can argue Hatton will be Pac's biggest challenge to date, including Oscar. We'll see how it goes, but this fight HAS to happen.

Apparently the concept went right over your head.

Fight Pacman FOR legacy, so he can start making his case as an ATG.

      wow.

I can see both sides too, but when all is said and done, everything originated as 50/50 to team Hatton, and why should they suddenly accept other wise?

They took Arum's word that that would be the fair and done split and it's been said Pacman indicated this too initially. This isn't certain AFAIK but I reckon Arum must've had some kind of indicator to say firmly 50/50 will be done.

Hatton is a massive draw, 2nd only to ODL. And Pacman just got a considerably smaller pot versus ODL. He was p4p #1 then, and is p4p #1 now, facing only the 2nd biggest draw in the sport behind say ODL.

So why should the split swing completely in his favour all of a sudden based on that?

Furthermore, ODL did not have his belts on the line, Hatton does. This is his division, his belt, his Ring belt and championship. That's there for Pacman to take.

In the past year p4p seems to be being taken more and more seriously as a ranking system to chase, when really it's a mythical ranking that varies in opinion a lot. Hattons the #1 guy at LWW, and fortunately for Pac he's massive draw aswell. OK we'll give you a better split than you got with ODL, but in his favour is too much given what I've outlined above imo.

I don't think the greed or accept the deal malarky should be put on Hatton either. They were told and based everything on 50/50, Pacmans the one being difficult, greedy and risking losing the fight.

And I'm more of a fan of Pac than I am Hatton.

          I doubt it'll happen.

Same with Pac. They're probably not being too realistic if they think they can just go to Floyd if the Hatton fight falls through.

Now im thinking about Floyds desires to fight.

Im 100% sure before that he wants Pac. but not anymore
