Ricky Hatton is prepared to walk away from a potential fight with Manny Pacquiao, scheduled for May 2 in Las Vegas. If the Filipino fighter does back away from his demand of a 60-40 split, Hatton will take an offer for another huge fight in the British Isles. Ray Hatton, father and manager of Ricky, says the offer for the British Isles event is on the table and they are seriously considering the fight. [details]

It's a none fight I agree, he would be better off unifying 140 if pacman keeps being ******.
Kotelnik has the WBA belt and no fight lined up.Comment

Uh for what, Mayweather taxed that ass already. Hatton should of known better to open his mouth and talk trash about Floyd. Whats Hatton going to do the second time around and I doubt Floyd Sr. would train Hatton if it did happen.
Hatton take your fights in the U.K. and stay parked at 140 for the rest of your career.
As far as Pac, Pac vs. the winner of Marquez vs. Diaz. Those chumps at Golden Girl promotions need to hype up that Diaz vs. Marquez fight more so Marquez good draw more flies. They need to pump up Marquez's name out there so the U.S. will know who he is rather then the dude that feeds off Pac's success.

Hopefully Hatton decides to fight Floyd. Another great 24/7 series with Mayweather snr in it, will just add to the hype. This would be Mayweather 3rd ring title if he beats Hatton at 140. Also hopefully at Wembley this time which will even make it bigger.
Make the fight happen
