    Thaxton, after Barrera?

Thaxton hasn't beat anybody that even matches the class of a 35 yr old Barrera. If Khan beats Barrera, he is moving onto bigger and better things. And we will know if he has improved, because the Khan that stepped into the ring with Prescott, would get destroyed by Barrera.

But I do agree that someone like Katsidis, or Diaz is the next logical step. If he can overcome one of them, then a world title fight should follow.

Barrera will gas after like 2 rounds and his handspeed wont be fast enough to counter anywhere near as effectively as he used to
Easy UD? What fights gave you this magical impression?

        Khan's evil genius promoter

the fact that Barrera was as good as done in 2006

the fact that Barrera is smaller and older

i think Barrera's just turning up for a cheque

Kahn is too big and young for MAB in 2009. He'll use his speed to box carefully and protect his chin to win a decision.

Amir will stop him in the middle rounds.

Lets be honest... Its another no win situation for Khan. If he wins he gets no credit, if he losses he get no credit.

This is what happens when you fight old guys.

He should have fought either Thaxton or Murray.

I hope Barerra Knocks Him Out.... Khan's ducking too many British fighters. He needs to fight them first.

Suppose it goes down to how much Barrera has left in him...im going to go for a Khan win though. Think he will stop Barrera around the 7th.

Hw wont get credit for the win bt he will have the name on his resume and the recognition for the W, he may even land himself a title shot if hes impressive...

on the poll question, depends on how much MAB has left. i think Khan will be cautious though, and cruise to a UD

                    1. His evil genious promoter already got him KO'd inside of one round on PPV.

                    2. Barrera was not done as he stood toe to toe with who is currently the #1 & #2 P4P fighters on the planet last we saw him.

                    3. Barrera is smaller and older, and this could be the dealbreaker.

                    4. Barrera is rich. He's doing this cause like many X-Champs, he loves fighting and can't call it quits.

Barrera can definitely lose but short of MAB turning up shot, this is going to be very very competitive.
