I think you mean Alan Temple, and Junior ko'd him in 5, and like i said yes Junior weren't the biigest of draws but i think there would of been more interest in a Hatton fighting Witter, than Hatton fighting the likes of Freddie Pendalton who going into that has won 1, lost 1, drew, and the lost was to a 1round ko to Ben Tackie who isn't really a big puncher, a draw with Humberto Herrera who had won 2 lost 19, and a win over Horatio Garcia for the IBA Americas Welterweight Title. Frank matched maked Hatton very well and even said himslef he never really liked risking Hatton sometimes, and Witter's style would of give him fits.And the reason Warren also had Hatton win WBU belt was there is no proper majority so you really fight anyone.At the end of the day it should of happened and it never and in my mind Hatton never really wanted it. End of!

So i think at one pont Witter would of brought recognotion, and because the rivarley was so bitter alot of fans would of been hugley into this fight and it would of been one of the uk's biggest fights.

At the height of the demand for this fight, Witter lost to Bradley. That was his shot to get the fight done and he missed the chance. Besides, Hatton would stop Witter and he is boring to watch any way you look at it. Hatton is doing the most punishing thing possible by denying him a fight that will get him exposure and a good payday. Way to go Ricky.
