Why will he beat him other than the ref? what's your logic?

Explain the referee having anything to do with that.

      Thanks.
Hatton was being frustrated by the referee, and knew he would need a KO to win the fight. He then lost his way a bit, and went jumping in with those ****** flying hooks that he does. He then got KO'd.

Anyway, I still think Mayweather would UD Hatton. It's not like I'm ******ly biased. I just think Cortez was poor that night.

I think if a rematch was to go ahead Mayweather would win on points. At 140, with another ref i see Hatton troubling Mayweather a few times and the fight being a close one. I think in the end though the result would probaly go the same way as the first fight. But i think it would be a tough fight and would be alot closer than many people would think.

If you vote for anything other than Mayweather by TKO/KO or Decision...you are clearly not an educated and unbiased fan of Boxing.

Which means you are simply another blind, unobjective Hatton fan...which means you're absolutely worthless.

Like I always say...you can root for your favorite fighter all you like...nothing wrong with that...but publicly picking him in a rematch with Mayweather?? That's gotta be the dumbest **** I've ever seen....

All it does is expose your total lack of ANY credibility and value as a Boxing fan....

That being said....there's way more than 6 Hatton fans here....wanting to click on a Hatton win so bad it HURTS...LOL! @ them too.

Floyd beats Hatton hands down, any weight, any venue imo. At 140lbs Hatton is definitely a better fighter then he is at 147, but so is Floyd.

What did Cortez have anything to do with this?

LOL! i cant believe people still think the ref was the reason why hatton lost. hatton won 1 round!
but ofcourse hatton got away with murder against zoo. maybe the ref allows hatton to foul and cheat his way to a win.

You can say all you want but the fight was competative until about the 6th round or so. Hatton lost his cool and abandon any gameplan that he may have had. I'm not saying that Hatton would have won, but it was clear that the ref was playing the cards in Floyd's favor. It may have been because Floyd is a hometown boy or because the soccer fans boo'd the US national anthem, but either way, it was obvious.
Another bit of proof to consider the poor ref job was that the same Joe Cortez allowed Bernard Hopkins to hold Joe Calzaghe and fight inside a few months later. How does that make any sense at all? Did he change his boxing referee'ing philosophy over night? I doubt it. Cortez is a poor, biased ref and the second fight would be allot closer. Thank you very much.

Floyd beat Badlomir and Castillo with one hand, Hatton would be a walk in the park for him.

                  lol

How many of you guys thinks Hatton beats him? And how?

This needs to be a poll apparently.

*As flawless points out-let's make this fight at 140 to appease some fanboys.

Hatton would not beat Mayweather now, because his durability has decreased, but if Dave Parris was the referee for the previous Mayweather v Hatton fight and the fight had been in England i would make the fight 60/40 in Ricky's favour.
