  • Holyfield Backing Williams over Klitschko

Four time heavyweight champion, Evander "Real Deal" Holyfield is yet another fighter jumping on the Danny Williams train. First it was Lennox Lewis, now Holyfield is picking Williams as well. Holyfield told the press in the UK that he picks Danny Williams to beat Vitali Klitschko when the two fighters meet in December on HBO pay per view.

"If he fights the way he fought Tyson he's got a very good chance of winning. Klitschko doesn't appear to be a good inside fighter and if Williams works him inside and puts a lot of pressure on him his chances are looking great." said Holyfield [details]

Has the World gone mad? Everyone is picking Williams. This is just more evidence that Holyfield has been hit one too many times in the head. Hang it up Evander.

Anyone rember who Holyfield said would win between Lewis-Tyson, he said Tyson.
Lewis said Sanders would defeat Vit.
          These are just silly predictions.

They don't like the fact that a European white man is the heavyweight champion of the world. It burns them that they would not beat Vitali if they ever had to face him.

Well, its good for boxing that many regions of the world are represented in terms of champions. Boxing can only get more popular when Europeans, Asians, Latinos, Africans, Australians start becoming champions

Holyfield is unquestionably one of the greatest heavywieghts of all time. But, come on, Evander, it's time to hang up those gloves. Your time is already over...

If the rematch happens, will he say the same. I wonder if he bet on it.
