From the site where boxing is confidential, he says Showtime approved Taylor/Froch for March 28, but Froch's representative said he wouldn't be ready until April at the earliest, which is when Dibella started looking for other opponents for Taylor.

April?
That has to be bull****...that's that best part of 6 months between fights.
If that was true; why is Froch even fighting. -

I've found from experience, Michael Marley is sometimes full of ****.
I once found some information there, and made a thread about it here at boxingscene, only to find out later it was wrong.

That's why I was sure to cite him as the source... I'm not taking any heat if it turns out to be false.

It makes zero sense. Pretty sure, Froch would fight him tommorow.
Bruised ribs and a perforated ear drum, are not big injuries, or even moderate injuries. Sure they are an issue if you sustain them on fight week - but that's all.
I've perforated my ear drum and aside from about 2 days of pain and slightly affected balance, it really didn't trouble me; and I was 10 years old at the time.Comment
