its quite unlikely, fighters like pacquiao kinda almost ever come out, maybe 2 every 10 to 15 years, edwin valero is my 4th favorite fighter, right now,true story, but outta respect to manny, i cant claim valero is gonna become a all time great this early, manny isnt unbeatable but he sure has heart , will and desire that i have never seen.........................like jim lampley said, "manny pacquiao is a storm".
