Is Anthony Dirrell still considered a top prospect?

I'm watching all of my Andre Dirrell fights today, and they keep mentioning what a great prospect his brother, Anthony, is.

However, since that time, he got really sick with Leukemia (?), and got arrested.

I also saw that his rate of stepping up in competition is significantly lower than his brothers.

What can anyone tell me?
