    I am unsure to be honest, he will automatically go back up there but I don't know if he would need one fight to go back to #1, because of his absence. I aint really sure though

      Of course he would. To replace Pacquiao as P4P #1, without even having to fight first is just discrediting, and flat out disrespecting Manny Pacquiao.
