Santos did the right thing, had he fought and lost big the same selfish fans who sit on their couch eating chips would be bashing him for a subpar performance. Smart move by a vet who understands that boxing isnt a game.

That makes a lot of sense, at least Martinez-Santos should be competitive and worth watching, unlike Tarver-Dawson II. Still, Santos is a champion, and shouldn't be forced to take any fight on short notice without the proper time to prepare.

How can ppl act like Santos owned Marg it was a close fight that was stopped on a cut caused by a headbutt. I had Marg winning and so did the lederman card. It was a screw job the judges pulled cuz it was in Santos' scummy home Puerto Rico.
