Manny Pacquiao Has The "It Factor," Says Greenburg

Oscar De La Hoya is at the end of the road. Joe Calzaghe, Bernard Hopkins and Roy Jones Jr. are there too. Who will become the next star of boxing? Ross Greenburg of HBO Sports places the "star power" title on Manny Pacquiao, who shocked the world last December by dominating and stopped De La Hoya in eight-rounds. [details]

Pacq has as much charisma outside the ring as Cotto! Inside the ring he is fun to watch, but thats about it.

The thing is, dude DELIVERS inside the ring and people love that. When you give people their money's worth, it doesnt matter how you're outside of the ring. Manny is that dude.

Did Joto deliver inside the squared circle? I know he likes to sign contracts that states he'll get the lions share, but did he ever truly deliver inside the square circle against cats where he wasn't favored?

                  What the ?!

How do you figure ? Cotto seems to be a very private person, and not very personable at all. Cotto almost seems robotic.

Charisma is a magnetic quality in a person. Its the charm in a person.

He doesn't seem to take himself seriously and is always smiling and laughing. Even on the walk out to the ring in his fight with De La Hoya, you can see Manny smiling on the way out.

What draws people to him IMO, is that he seems so humbled by this surreal experience.
