The guy has no power to speak of. He hasn't stopped a single fighter of any name. All his KOs were against fighters back home in Ghana that never stepped into the ring before. I'm not sure who started this thing about Clottey having power. PBF probably has more power than Clottey.

Collazo maybe, but I think Berto has some pretty decent pop. His defense needs a lot of work, but his offensive arsenal ain't shabby. I put Collazo ahead of Quintana since I've never seen Carlos hurt anyone, while Collazo just about stopped Hatton in their fight (back before Hatton started sliding.)
